Fourthwalling: Captain America is popular. Go ahead.
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual.
Hugging this character: If you are a good friend of his or just being nice then sure.
Kissing this character: Likely this will be an on the cheek thing if you insist, but he could get a bit flustered.
Flirting with this character: Not going to stop you. I do not know how he will react. It will depend on that person.
Fighting with this character: He is a normal person. He will not be able to fight back well at all.
Injuring this character: Sure. He cannot really stop you. On a case by case basis, I will allow permanent scars and such.
Killing this character: Talk to me first. I will likely allow it.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: He cannot stop you from doing this. You will have to discuss with me though given that he had a Super Soldier formula in his head and his head alone.
